Location information
Escape on Tour: Starting point: Dorpsplein 6, 1759 GN Callantsoog. You will be met at the agreed-upon time, where the game will begin.
Beach activities: These take place at the Callantsoog events beach (beach entrance 10 Abbestee). At the bottom of the beach entrance (beach side), turn right towards the north. Just past Strandpaviljoen De Stern is the events beach where we welcome you.
Laser gaming: The laser gaming takes place in the Callantsoog forest area. The exact meeting location will be determined in advance.
STORM Beach Events does not have a permanent indoor location for its activities. All programs are primarily outdoor activities.
Alternative Program in case of Bad Weather
Our activities take place outdoors. We do not have an indoor location to move the entire program indoors.
We're closely monitoring weather conditions, especially in the week leading up to the event. If unsafe or extremely adverse conditions are expected, we'll proactively contact you to discuss the following:
· Adjustment of the program
· Shortening of parts
· Moving to another date
Regular weather conditions such as rain, wind or lower temperatures are not considered force majeure and do not constitute a valid reason for free cancellation.
If, despite consultation, no suitable alternative is possible and the event is definitively cancelled, 20% of the total amount will be charged to cover booking and preparation costs. This amount corresponds to the deposit and is non-refundable. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Changes in Number of Participants
The final number of participants must be communicated in writing no later than 10 days before the event date.
A decrease of up to 10% of the originally specified number is possible free of charge.
In the event of a greater decrease, we reserve the right to invoice a minimum of 90% of the agreed total amount.
In the event of an increase in the number of participants, the additional number will be invoiced based on the agreed price per person.
Reservation & Deposit
A reservation is only final after receipt of a deposit of 20% of the total amount.
The deposit serves as a reservation and preparation fee and is non-refundable in case of cancellation, regardless of the reason for cancellation, unless expressly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions.
If the event goes ahead, the deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must always be communicated in writing (e-mail is sufficient).
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the event date, the deposit (20%) will be retained.
In case of cancellation within 7 days before the event date, the following conditions apply:
– Between 7 and 3 days before the event date: 50% of the total amount will be charged.– Within 72 to 24 hours before the event date: 75% of the total amount will be charged.– Within 24 hours before the event date: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
The deposit will be offset against the above cancellation costs.
Payment
After confirmation of the reservation, the client will receive an invoice for the 20% deposit.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date, provided the reservation has not been cancelled.

Offer Validity
Quotes are valid for four weeks after the date of dispatch. After this period, availability and prices may change.
Liability & Participation
Participation in STORM Beach Events activities is at your own risk.
STORM Beach Events is not liable for damage, theft, or injury.
Participants must follow the instructions of supervisors at all times and behave responsibly and safely during the event.
Force majeur
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, government measures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of STORM Beach Events, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the program.
A suitable solution will be sought in consultation. Any financial implications will be discussed transparently.
Regular weather conditions are not considered force majeure and will be handled in accordance with the chapter “Alternative Program in case of Bad Weather”.
Declaration of consent
By verbally or in writing agreeing to a quote or proposal, the client agrees to the program and these general terms and conditions.
