Klootshooting is a throwing sport in which participants, usually divided into two teams, try to throw a lead-weighted ball (the kloot) as far as possible underhand. Each team receives 2 balls and a rake.
Using a route map with photos, you go out together and try to complete the route with as few throws as possible. In the Netherlands, this folk game is mainly practiced as an organized sport in Overijssel, Drenthe and the Achterhoek.
